Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.

• More than 48 hours’ notice
  No session charge.

• 24–48 hours’ notice
  50% session charge incurred.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance
  The full appointment fee will be charged.

This policy applies to all appointment types.

Block Bookings & Prepaid Packages

Discounted block bookings are offered to support continuity of care and commitment to rehabilitation.

• Block bookings are non-refundable once purchased, except in exceptional circumstances at the clinic’s discretion.

• Any approved refund may be subject to an administrative fee.

• Unused sessions may be transferred to a later date within an agreed timeframe.

Exceptional Circumstances

We recognise that emergencies and unforeseen situations can occur. In genuine exceptional circumstances, cancellation fees may be waived at the clinician’s discretion.

Why We Have This Policy

As a specialist neurological rehabilitation clinic, appointment times are limited and in high demand. Late cancellations prevent other patients from accessing care and impact clinical scheduling.

This policy ensures fairness, protects clinician time, and allows us to continue delivering high-quality, focused rehabilitation.
